Shipping

We ensure all orders are sent out to you the following business day. To give you peace of mind, shipping is always tracked with a reference number we send to you. 

Our shipping is by air via the local post office - we hand pack and send the orders personally, we are not a dropshipping service. Orders are shipped from either our Australian or Hong Kong offices.

 

COVID impacts and delays

International borders have been closed or limiting entries of flights, therefore causing delays between airlines and your local post office delivering the orders to you. 

The usual delivery time is 10-14 business days. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, we have been advised delivery could take up to14-28 business days as the flights into countries have been restricted. 

 

Orders from the US

We want to be transparent with our customers that the US Postal Services has been disappointing in delivering your orders. Due to the pandemic there has been extreme strain on their services. At YOOBTAPE, we send your order out to you immediately the day after you place the order onto the next flight to the US. It usually arrives in the US 10-14 days later. However, it is at this point where the US Post seem to be failing us. It sits within their facilities for processing for an extra 28 business days after it arrives. We are seeing an average door to door delivery time of 42 business days. 

We hope you understand the US Post delays are out of our control, and this pattern seems to be in batches. Most of our customers are receiving their orders within the normal 14 days, but unfortunately there are a few who have experienced the inconvenience of further delays - which we want to take this opportunity to clearly explain here and thank you for your patience. 

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, there are no returns - however, we are committed to understand reasons why you wish to return so please email us at info@yoobtape.com so we can assist.
